There will be absolutely no refund or exchange on wig orders; both regularly priced and on sale. Please ensure that you read the description under the unit that you are interested in and also ensure that you submit the correct head measurements for custom-wigs. When you receive your unit , please check to see if it’s the correct length , texture and type of wig (frontal or closure) before tampering with the lace, the bundles and the unit itself. If we sent you an incorrect unit, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. However, the lace, the bundles and the unit itself must not be tampered with and theW wig must be returned in its original condition with the wig combs and band attached and in its package. If the unit was tampered with, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. There will be absolutely no refund or exchange on hair products.

Flawlessly Fabulous supplies both 4*4 and 5*5 lace closure units. They are more beginner-friendly and easy to install , especially glue-less. We also supply 13*4 and 13*6 lace frontal units which are more versatile in terms of parting space. Frontals can be worn parted at the side or middle and can be styled in an up do. They can also be worn glue-less but with a little more maintenance than closures.
